I. Uses

It is primarily used for cleaning glass (and plastic) bottles of various specifications, including vials, ampoules, oral liquid bottles, and infusion bottles.

II. Characteristics

1. Modular design, with simpler standard components.

2. Control is implemented using an industrial tablet PC and a programmable logic controller (PLC).

3. It adopts a vertical drum structure, enabling standalone operation as well as integrated production with an oven.

4. Implement water recycling to conserve water and reuse water at lower grades, thereby saving energy and reducing emissions.

5. Equipped with an SCADA data acquisition and recording system; features electronic signatures and audit trail functionality. Fully compliant with GAMP 5 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards.

6. The bottle washer’s piping is equipped with an online cleaning function.

7. Equipped with an automatic dehumidification function; the dehumidification system effectively prevents external air from entering and avoids backflow.

8. The drain outlet is equipped with an air-sealing function.
