  • I. Applications

    It is suitable for the drying, sterilization, depyrogenation, and cooling of pharmaceutical glass containers such as vials and ampoules.

    II. Characteristics

    1. This unit features a novel and unique design, is easy and straightforward to operate, and delivers reliable drying performance.

    2. The system is controlled by an industrial PC and a Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC). Heating is governed by PID control, ensuring excellent temperature uniformity.

    3. It employs a 12-channel recorder, featuring multiple functions such as parameter logging, automatic computer‑based printout, and fault‑alarm display.

    4. The high-efficiency filter employs a negative-pressure sealing mechanism, delivering excellent filtration efficiency and minimizing the risk of particulate generation during production.

    5. Utilizes ultrasonic online cleaning, with cleaning modes customizable to meet user requirements at any time.

    6. The cooling section employs air cooling, delivering rapid temperature reduction and precise temperature control. The bottle exit temperature is below 30°C.

    7. Equipped with pressure‑balance functionality, all fans feature automatic variable‑frequency control, enabling real-time adjustment of differential pressures across each section.

    8. Automatic lifting devices are employed for the dampers separating the preheating section from the room, the preheating section from the high-temperature section, the high-temperature section from the cooling section, and the cooling section from the filling room.

    9. The airlock door automatically rises and lowers; when switching between bottles of different specifications, simply recall the corresponding recipe to set the desired lifting height. Operation is simple and reliable.

    10. Automatic bottle‑cleaning device for the final stage: after the production process is completed, bottles are cleaned using a dedicated tool.

    11. SCADA data is managed using a batch recording system, enabling traceability of operational processes and supporting electronic signatures and audit trail functionality.

    12. Compliant with GAMP 5 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards
