I. Uses
Suitable for filling and stoppering medicinal glass containers such as vials and plastic bottles.
II. Characteristics
1. Equipped with full‑servo drive, it features automatic rejection of inverted bottles, prevents filling when bottles are missing, triggers an automatic alarm and shuts down in case of stopper shortages, and provides automatic counting. It complies with the latest GMP requirements as well as EU and FDA standards.
2. Sampling and weighing are performed using original German‑imported load cells, ensuring high accuracy and a high pass rate.
3. Utilizes American Banner laser sensors to detect high‑fill, misaligned‑fill, and no‑fill conditions, with automatic rejection of products exhibiting no fill, high fill, or misaligned fill.
4. Control is implemented using a programmable logic controller (PLC).
5. A zone-based laminar flow hood is employed, with effective isolation in the equipment’s central area to prevent cross-contamination.
6. The rubber stopper capping system is controlled by a servo motor.

Low‑position oscillation ensures efficient stopper placement, simplifying operation and minimizing personnel contamination; moreover, when no vials are present, the stoppers are guided by a return track that automatically returns them to the oscillator.
