I. Applications
Suitable for filling, stoppering, and capping pharmaceutical containers such as vials and plastic bottles.
II. Characteristics
1. Equipped with full‑servo drive, it features automatic rejection of inverted bottles, no filling when bottles are missing, automatic alarm and shutdown in case of stopper shortage, and automatic counting.
2. Equipped with an on-board O-Rabs system to achieve complete isolation between the operational and non-operational areas;
3. The dispensing head features a one‑step disassembly function, facilitating cleaning, installation, disinfection, and sterilization.
4. High-precision filling pumps are used for dispensing. Peristaltic pumps, ceramic pumps, stainless steel pumps, and gear pumps can be selected to accommodate the filling of solvents with varying viscosities.
5. The filling machine features separate buffer zones for bottle sorting, filling, stoppering, and capping, thereby minimizing the risk of cross-contamination.
6. The standard components adopt a modular design, making them easy to replace; all standard components can be swapped out by hand.
7. Based on the customer’s specified fill volume, product batch, and product model, formulas can be configured arbitrarily and recalled as needed during production.
8. Patent‑pending online nitrogen‑filling system, with residual oxygen levels below 2%.
9. Equipped with a constant-torque capping head, ensuring a high capping pass rate; thread‑locking caps can also be applied upon customer request.
10. Isolators can be configured according to customer requirements.
