I. Applications
It is suitable for the aseptic filling, stoppering, and crimping of various materials—such as sterile powder for injection, traditional Chinese medicine powders, crystalline powders, and lyophilized powders—in medicinal glass containers like vials and plastic bottles.
II. Characteristics
1. Equipped with full‑servo drive, it features automatic rejection of inverted bottles, no filling when bottles are missing, automatic alarm and shutdown in case of missing caps, and automatic counting.
2. Equipped with an onboard O-RABS to achieve complete isolation between the controlled and non-controlled areas;
3. The dispensing head features a one‑time disassembly function, facilitating cleaning, installation, disinfection, and sterilization.
4. Based on the customer’s powder characteristics, we customize screws of different specifications, achieving filling accuracy superior to comparable products, with a minimum fill weight as low as 15 mg.
5. The filling machine features separate buffer zones for bottle sorting, filling, stoppering, and capping, thereby reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
6. The standard components adopt a modular design, making them easy to replace; all components can be swapped out by hand.
7. Based on the customer’s specified fill volume, product batch, and product model, formulas can be configured arbitrarily and recalled as needed during production.
8. Patent‑pending online nitrogen‑filling system, with residual oxygen levels below 2%.
9. Equipped with a three-knife flexible capping unit, it delivers a high capping pass rate and can also produce threaded caps according to customer specifications.
10. Isolators can be configured according to customer requirements.
