    II. Characteristics

    1. Drawing on advanced domestic and international experience with aluminum‑cap rolling equipment for vials, as well as the unique features of each, this is an integrated next‑generation cap‑rolling machine.

    2. Equipped with pressure detection, recording, and storage functions to ensure capping quality.

    3. Before capping, the system uses American Banner sensors to detect bottles lacking rubber stoppers, with excessive stopper height, misaligned stoppers, loose stoppers, contaminated bottles, overfilled bottles, or empty bottles, and automatically rejects them; the rejection collection bin has a large storage capacity.

    4. Featuring a novel cap‑hanging mechanism, the system ensures reliable cap application, prevents uncapped bottles from being processed, enables smooth cap lowering, precise cap placement, and convenient adjustment.

    5. The oscillator features a fully open‑work design to ensure optimal airflow, and is equipped with a large hopper capable of storing over 20,000 aluminum caps, providing ample storage capacity, minimizing manual handling, and maintaining a controlled cleanroom environment.

    6. The lower cover rail is machined on a CNC milling machine, ensuring smooth, friction-free operation; it features a clearance opening in the center for removing defective covers.

    7. The rail support is engraved with a scale for easy adjustment when changing specifications.

    8. Aluminum chip negative-pressure extraction system, with a collection efficiency of over 98%, ensures the cleanliness of the production environment.

    9. The production line features stepless speed regulation and is designed to operate in tandem with upstream equipment.

    10. Utilizes an industrial PC equipped with a SCADA data acquisition and logging system, while also supporting electronic signature and audit trail functionalities.

    11. Compliant with GAMP5 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 standards
