Key Features
High separation efficiency: The multi-layer conical disc design significantly increases the settling surface area and shortens the particle settling path, achieving a separation factor of 5,000–15,000. It can separate ultrafine particles down to the 0.1 μm range, with separation efficiency improved by more than 50% compared to conventional equipment.
Strong continuous production capability: Supports continuous feed and continuous liquid discharge; models with automatic slag removal can perform slag discharge without stopping the machine. The single-unit processing capacity ranges from 0.5 to 50 m³/h, accommodating both laboratory-scale trials and large-scale industrial production.
Excellent adaptability and compliance: The material-contact components are made of 316L or duplex stainless steel, and the fully enclosed design supports CIP/SIP in‑line cleaning, meeting FDA and GMP hygiene standards. It can be equipped with an explosion‑proof system and a nitrogen‑purging system, making it suitable for handling the separation of toxic, flammable, and explosive materials.
High degree of automation: Equipped with PLC and a touch-screen interface, it allows presetting of slag‑discharge cycles and feed‑rotor speeds, real-time monitoring of vibration and temperature parameters, automatic alarm‑triggered shutdown in case of abnormalities, and supports unattended continuous operation.
Compact design with a small footprint: Compared to horizontal centrifuges of the same processing capacity, it is more than 40% smaller in volume. The rotor boasts high dynamic balancing accuracy, resulting in low vibration and reduced noise during operation. Installation requires no complex foundation, making it compatible with a wide range of workshop layouts.
Scope of application
Continuous‑flow disc centrifuges can efficiently perform liquid–liquid separation, liquid–solid separation, and liquid–liquid–solid three‑phase separation, making them widely suitable for large‑scale production needs across multiple industries.
Biopharmaceutical applications: Used for clarifying fermentation broths, collecting microbial cells and cellular debris, extracting and separating antibiotics and vitamins, purifying vaccines, and preparing blood-derived products; capable of removing micron‑scale impurities and meeting GMP compliance requirements.
Food and beverage sector: used for milk defatting and clarification, juice and beer clarification, degumming in the refining of animal and vegetable oils, and the concentration and separation of essential oils.
Chemical and energy sectors: used for catalyst recovery, oil–water separation, polymer purification, industrial oil and waste‑oil refining and regeneration, and the separation of coal‑chemical products.
Marine environmental protection: Used for purifying and removing impurities from ship fuel and lubricating oil, treating industrial wastewater, and regenerating industrial waste liquids such as cutting fluids.
