Continuous operation with high efficiency: supports continuous feed and continuous discharge, with intermittent solid-phase slag removal; production capacity ranges from 10 L/h to 1,500 L/h, balancing the efficiency requirements of both laboratory-scale trials and large-scale industrial production.
Compliant and Hygienic Design: Material-contact components are made of 316L stainless steel or titanium alloy; the fully enclosed design supports CIP and SIP, meeting GMP and FDA compliance requirements to prevent cross-contamination; a temperature‑controlled coil can be optionally installed for heat‑sensitive materials.

Food industry: Used for juice and beer clarification, vegetable oil refining, DHA/EPA concentration, and the extraction and separation of natural products.
