Clean and Compliance‑Compliant Design: Material‑contact components are made of 316L stainless steel with a polished surface that eliminates sanitary dead spots; equipped with an in‑line CIP cleaning system; features a large hinged lid for convenient maintenance and filter replacement; and can be fitted with a nitrogen‑purging system, meeting GMP and FDA compliance requirements for the pharmaceutical and food industries.
Thorough separation with minimal damage: Equipped with an automatic scraper for discharge and optional bag‑pulling oscillation for residue removal or gas back‑blowing, it leaves very little residual filter cake, ensures excellent filter cloth regeneration, and preserves the integrity of crystal particles without breakage, resulting in low moisture content in the solid phase after separation.
