    This equipment is suitable for circumferential or semi‑circumferential labeling of cylindrical objects that are difficult to keep upright. It is widely used in industries such as cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, electronics, toys, hardware, and plastics, enabling full‑wrap or half‑wrap labeling. Featuring horizontal conveyance and horizontal labeling, it enhances stability and boosts labeling efficiency. Optional ribbon coders and inkjet printers allow simultaneous printing of production batch numbers, dates, and other information, achieving integrated labeling and coding to streamline packaging processes and improve productivity. The system accommodates adhesive labels, adhesive films, electronic supervision codes, barcodes, QR codes, transparent labels, and more. With high operational stability and excellent labeling results—free of bubbles and wrinkles—it delivers exceptional labeling accuracy.

     

    II. Workflow

    Manual placement of products to be labeled (on a conveyor or bottle‑sorting turntable) → Automatic separation, alignment, and conveyance of the products → Product inspection → Labeling → Collection of labeled products (for the next process step) → Removal of the finished products.
