  • Product Description
  • Application scenarios:

The dual-column preparative liquid chromatography system is suitable for the separation and purification of complex samples, difficult-to-separate components, and high-throughput applications, and can be used for the preparation of the following compounds.

    1) Chiral Sample Resolution and Preparation

    2) Separation and purification of peptides

    3) Purification of small-molecule compounds

    Working principle:

By employing two 2/4-way valves, the pipeline configuration is shorter and the connection between the two columns is more flexible compared to the conventional use of a single 2/6-way or 2/8-way valve; the valves can be connected in series or operated independently.

*Dual-detector, dual-wavelength detection ensures continuous monitoring of the separation process.

    *Full-process automatic control

    Technological Advantages

    1. Compared with conventional preparative chromatography, under the same yield conditions, the sample load can be increased by several-fold to more than dozens of times, and solvent consumption is reduced by over 50%.

    2. Suitable for impurity separation and purification, preparative purification of peptide samples, chiral resolution, and purification of natural products, among other applications.

    3. Significantly reduced separation time: Thanks to the synergistic operation of dual columns and a cyclic separation mechanism, sample separation times are markedly shorter than those achieved with conventional single-column systems.

    4. Significantly improved separation yield: The separation yield of dual-column preparative chromatography is several to dozens of times higher than that of single-column chromatography.

    5. Improved control of peak broadening: Without the need for high-pressure pump recirculation, components are separated solely within the chromatographic column, effectively minimizing peak broadening and delivering superior separation performance.

    6. Flexible system configuration: The dual-column liquid chromatography system allows for flexible connection or disconnection of upstream and downstream columns, with short extra-column tubing and minimal system dead volume.
