I. Applications
Suitable for laboratory vials, plastic bottles, and other small- or pilot-scale containers, this equipment integrates filling, stoppering, and sealing into a single unit.
II. Characteristics
1. Automatic rejection of inverted bottles; no filling when a bottle is missing; automatic alarm and shutdown upon detecting a missing stopper; automatic counting.
2. Meets the requirements of the new GMP standards as well as those of the EU and the FDA.
3. Control is implemented using a programmable logic controller (PLC).
4. A zoned laminar flow hood is employed, with effective isolation in the equipment’s central area to prevent cross-contamination.
5. The standard components feature a modular design, enabling quick and easy replacement; all standard parts can be changed by hand, reducing mold‑change time.
6. Small footprint and convenient operation and maintenance.
7. The entire machine employs a recipe‑based operating mode, allowing users to select and invoke recipes in a user‑friendly manner according to their specific requirements.
8. Equipped with a high-precision pump for filling, ensuring excellent filling accuracy. Cleaning, disassembly, and installation are quick and convenient.
9. Based on the customer’s specified fill volumes, product batches, and product models, formulas can be configured arbitrarily and directly accessed during production.
10. Equipped with an industrial PC, the entire system can implement a SCADA data acquisition and recording system, along with audit trail functionality.
11. Fully compliant with the EU’s GAMP 5 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
