I. Uses
Suitable for manual filling of laboratory vials, ampoules, Kärcher bottles, and pre-filled syringes in small-scale or pilot-scale production.

3. Fill volume: 0.1–500 ml
4. No tools are required to replace the specification parts.
5. Needle attachment and removal are quick and convenient.
6. Servo-controlled stainless steel pump for precise filling.
7. Optional online weighing module: imported from Germany, WIPOTEC, with a weighing accuracy of ≤0.001 g.
8. Manual loading and unloading (or packaging materials), with jog‑mode filling.
9. Intelligent control; multiple preset meal plans can be stored and recalled.
10. Components in contact with the product are disinfectable and autoclavable.
11. Complies with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP5, and meets international standards such as EU cGMP and US FDA requirements.
12. Optional RABS system (o-RABS or c-RABS).
