I. Applications
Suitable for capping and sealing small-scale or pilot-scale vials, plastic bottles, and various uniquely shaped containers in the laboratory.
II. Characteristics
1. Compatible with various pharmaceutical closures (such as vials, aluminum bottles, cartridge vials, etc.)
2. Production capacity: 30–1,000 bottles per hour
3. Switch‑based control: a single foot pedal independently operates the capping mechanism.
4. The clamping pressure is adjustable.
5. The equipment requires no adjustment; simply replace the bottle holder, and no tools are needed to change the specification parts.
6. The capping head and bottle holder are made of wear‑resistant, corrosion‑resistant stainless steel or POM, with mechanical properties suitable for the application.
7. The 304 electrical cabinet is equipped with a switch to control the power supply for the left and right capping heads.
8. The small three-blade rotary capping ensures a perfect seal and secure closure.
9. The guard panel is made of transparent protective PC sheet.
10. Suitable for hydrogen peroxide sterilization and purification in isolators.
11. Compact, centralized, and concise.
12. Complies with 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP 5, and meets international standards such as EU cGMP and US FDA requirements.
