I. Uses
The HK-AFISA aseptic filling isolator is suitable for semi‑automatic filling and semi‑automatic capping in laboratory, pilot‑scale, and scale‑up production facilities. It is primarily used to safeguard aseptic filling processes and to protect operators from exposure to hazardous or toxic materials.
II. Characteristics
1. Isolator structure: buffer chamber + operator chamber (dual‑sided operation) + discharge chamber, positive pressure.
2. Control System: The industrial PC system integrates differential pressure, air velocity, and other parameters; it supports unidirectional laminar flow, complies with Class A standards, and meets requirements for audit trails and electronic signatures.
3. VHP Sterilization: Integrates a VHP generator and a concentration sensor.
4. Integrated Filling: Depending on process requirements, either semi-automatic filling or robotic‑arm‑assisted filling can be integrated.
5. Material Inlet and Outlet: Liquids are connected via a sterile SART interface, and RTP materials undergo sterile transfer.
6. EM Testing: Online particle and airborne microbial monitoring
7. Select different light sources based on the material properties.
