I. Relevant Introduction

Real-time printing labelers are ideal for applications requiring the immediate printing and application of variable information—such as barcodes, product specifications, production batch numbers, expiration dates, order numbers, and delivery addresses—onto products, packaging, and pallets.

II. Workflow

1) The system transmits data to the computer; the computer then sends the data to the printer. After the printer prints the label and peels it off, a suction cup picks up the label, and a pneumatic cylinder pushes the suction cup to position the label at the application site.

2) Upon detecting the arrival of the product, affix the label to the product.
