The labeling process boasts high precision with bubble‑free film application, and features automatic product recognition, enabling the system to switch to the appropriate labeling head based on the specific product type.

     

    II. Workflow

    Manual placement of products to be labeled (on a conveyor or bottle‑orienting turntable) → Automatic separation, alignment, and conveyance of the products → Product inspection → Label application → Collection of labeled products (for transfer to the next process) → Removal of the finished products.
