I. Relevant Introduction
The fully automatic paging adhesive-labeling machine can handle a wide range of materials and product formats—card‑type, plastic, and paper—automatically separating stacked items into single sheets before applying labels. It is suitable for applications such as plastic bags, paper, cardboard boxes, recharge cards, internet access cards, IP cards, 200‑call cards, 300‑call cards, and more, precisely labeling each item after it has been separated. It can also apply anti‑counterfeit labels and barcode tags. The labeling process boasts high precision with bubble‑free film application, and features automatic product recognition, enabling the system to switch to the appropriate labeling head based on the specific product type.
II. Workflow
Manual placement of products to be labeled (on a conveyor or bottle‑orienting turntable) → Automatic separation, alignment, and conveyance of the products → Product inspection → Label application → Collection of labeled products (for transfer to the next process) → Removal of the finished products.
